Guys advise me??

My man finished with me over 3 weeks ago for trying to control him and being jealous (i admit i have issues) and i do know he has been working 6 weeks on a farming deadline up in 2 days now.so he is stressed from all angles.His family backed him up as they dislike me.he has been enjoying some freedom and 'peace' he says. However he has started returning my calls and says he will meet me for 'definite' before the end of week.this coincides with when his work deadline is finished.i know he has been working hard to meet it.he is drinking now even on Monday nights and seems angry and annoyed.I do call him constantly begging him back.what do you think his problem is???
