Tire Vibration?

Hey I just hit my tire on the curb and it caused it to go flat, i got a used tire now that side of the car vibrates at 35+ mph and at 65+ its pretty loud the used tire dosent look new, in fact it looks pretty old but it has good tread on it whats causeing my vibration, when i had the doughnut on the car there wasnt any vibration.
