Help moi, I was on the net?

I was on the net and I won a Ipod , i usually dont click on it coz i know its a scam but it said its not a joke on the add, so i click it and after a very long survey they asked me for credit card address for shipping fee, but i dont have one, what should i do? :( , maybe borrow parents credit card
