Ask your nutritionist. But to start, I would stick with 2,000-2,500 for a week or so just because your body is so used to binging. If you went down to 1,200 or 1,500 right away you might end up feeling hungry, binging and then purging. But, like I said, you should ask your nutritionist. They know what will work for you better than I do. Good luck with recovery!
