Scallops...?

I bought a half pound of scallops to serve just myself - but I'm not sure which way to go about preparing them. I need something quick and simple, since I have limited ingredients and since it's already a little late for dinner (10:15). I've got scallops, artichoke hearts, er, garlic, lemon, ummmm....any suggestions?
