I cannot stand my neighbor!?

ahh i really cannot stand my neighbor. They're ignorant, nosy, monitors everything I do. One time I was walking out my house and I heard the MOM talking on phone saying "she wears so much makeup". Another time i went out at night and heard her saying " She's going out right now" to her daughter. One time my friend who looks llike a picked me up and the dad just stood there glaring at her! I cannot stand how they live right in FRONT of me. I'm not going to talk to them because its pointless! Why would I waste my time? I feel like they get older but never grow up. Like the mom still has a mentality of a high schooler! Its really getting to me! How should I think or behave in this situation?!
