I have a bunch of pictures and attachents that were emailed that I want to save. How do I do this?

I want to transfer these pictures and attachents to "My Pictures" and copy them to a CD. Please tell me in easy to understand ENGLISH, because I do not know computer lingo. I just need to know how to get them from my email files to "My Pictures". PPLLEEAEE help me.
