Why does he keep staring at me?????????? HELP?!?!?!?

kayy so thers ths guy in m homeroom and science and he keeps staring at me. When i walk into homeroom he stares at me or when he walks inot homeroom late he will sit down and stare at me. he's not really the sociable type but one day i had to be partners with him in science cl and he was really shy and it was raining outside so this one kid said " It's rainingg cats and dogs out there" and then i said " im pretty sure thats called pouring rain" and then the kid that stares at me alot laughed and said" yea i know right'. One other day in science i looked over at him and he was looking at me and tryed to hold a gaze but then i got nervous so turned away. At the end of the day i was walking out to go to the busses and i saw him and his group of friends and he turned his head and looked right at me again. Whatt does this mean??????? why dus he keep staring at me????
