My boyfriends step brother is in love with me?

So i was talking to this guy i knew online for awhile (i knew him he was just to shy to talk in person) his name is ryley. and one time, he went on webcam, and his step brother mitchel walked by and i started asking about him... so then me and mitch started talking and now im dating him. whenever i go over to their house ryley always stares at me and its super awkward. what should i do about it?
