Just show up. They will deliver and arrange a payment plan. They will provide you good service, but realize that some options may be denied because of your lack of health insurance. There are hospitals in CA for instance, that will not give epidurals to uninsured patients unless labor has been prolonged and allowing the mother to rest before continuing would prevent a c-section.
