Can CPS force me to comply to a voluntary plan when I legally smoked medical marijuana in another state?

It doesn't matter what the laws were where you were living in the past. You had the baby in a state where marijuana is illegal and your baby tested positive. You have already shown poor judgment (smoking while pregnant) so for the safety of your child they have come up with a parenting plan. You can follow it or risk loosing your child Pick one.
